‘Everyone writes their story’: Griezmann speaks on Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe 

French forward, Antoine Griezmann has shared his take about the comparison between Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe has been at the top of his game for the past few years and is set to continue this season with Real Madrid in the Spanish capital.

His move to Real Madrid have sparked reactions from fans as many believe he’ll be eager to write his name amongst the best just like Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

However, Griezmann reminded football fans that Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe are different footballers.

The Atletico Madrid man said both men have their career paths.

Speaking in an interview published by BFM RMC Sport, Griezmann aired his opinion on the comparisons drawn among Mbappe, Messi and Ronaldo.

“Kylian is making his career, his path. We have to separate the two, stop comparing one to the other. Even with Leo (Messi) or another player. Everyone writes their story,” explained Antoine Griezmann.

Griezmann and Mbappe helped France record a good start to their Euro 2024 campaign, beating Austria 1-0.

However, Mbappe left the pitch in the 90th minute after a lethal collision with Kevin Danso which broke his nose.

France manager Didier Deschamps has shared an update on Mbappe’s injury noting that the Real Madrid forward will be playing with a protective mask.

Mbappe is currently the poster boy of the France national team. He is also the captain and will be eager to be on the pitch helping the team rather than be on the sideline.
