Manchester City offer Real Madrid mouthwatering deal for Rodrygo

Manchester City are eager to continue their dominance in the Premier League by winning their fifth consecutive league title.

However, Pep Guardiola’s team face a stiff competition from Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United who are all currently active in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea have also appointed former Man City assistant manager Enzo Maresca after parting ways with Mauricio Pochettino.

Manchester City are now eager to add more depth to their squad by bringing in Rodrygo from Real Madrid. However, this move will not come easy.

According to report from TEAMtalk, Manchester City have made an outrageous offer for Rodrygo which includes De Bruyne and Julian Alvarez.

Citing unnamed reports in Spain, the report says that the two players are valued at a combined £118 million, with Rodrygo set to be worth a similar amount.

De Bruyne has been Manchester City’s most important player in the past few seasons but he played limited role last season due to injury.

On the other hand, Alvarez has found limited game time due to the form of Erling Haaland. However, it’s unsecure Real Madrid will accept such offer.

The Los Blancos have a surplus of attacking midfielders and seemingly no need for De Bruyne, while Alvarez would not be a guaranteed starter.
