Manchester United, Arsenal top target commits future to Seria A giant

Manchester United and Arsenal summer target Andrea Cambiaso has signed a new contract until June 2029 with Juventus, despite interest from the Premier League side.

Cambiaso’s current deal had been due to run until June 2027 and this has seen him linked with a summer move to the Premier League.

However, the Italy international has added another two years and practically doubled his salary following fine performances this season.

Cambiaso was signed from Genoa in 2022 for €13.3m and immediately loaned to Bologna, earning himself a recall to Turin for this term.

The 24-year-old left-back contributed three goals and six assists in 39 competitive games, helping Juve to win the Coppa Italia against Atalanta with his assist for the Dusan Vlahovic goal.

His season is already over, as he will be suspended for the final round of the Serie A campaign over an accumulation of yellow cards. However, he will be eager to repay the club next season by getting better on and off the pitch.
