Manchester United reveals price tag for wantaway winger Jadon Sancho

Manchester United are prepared to let go of Jadon Sancho this summer transfer window regardless of Erik ten Hag‘s future at the club.

Sancho spent half of 2023/24 season on loan at Borussia Dortmund after a fallout with manager Erik ten Hag.

The England international proved a point during his loan spell with various individual brilliance. He also helped Dortmund reach the Champions League final where they lost to Real Madrid.

Sancho who was left out of England’s Euro 2024 squad was linked with a move away from Old Trafford only if Erik ten Hag remain as the manager, however, things has changed.

According to a report from BBC Sport, United will look to sell Sancho this summer regardless of who is in charge for the coming campaign.

Report claim United have placed £40m on the England international with reports suggesting the price tag may prevent Dortmund making a move.

Sancho currently has two years remaining on his current deal at United that is said to be worth an eye-watering £300,000-a-week. If United are to sanction another loan deal, the Premier League giant are likely to cover a third of his monumental wages..

A number of Serie A clubs are said to be interested in signing Sancho this summer, with United keen to secure his departure as they look to reinvest whilst remaining within FFP regulations.
