Mundo Deportivo reports that Premier League champions Manchester City are interested in acquiring the services of Rodrygo from Real Madrid.

As per the report, Man City manager Pep Guardiola is an admirer of the Brazilian attacker’s style of play and would be open to adding him to the squad.

However, Real Madrid will seek a mammoth transfer fee of €170 million (including variables) in case Rodrygo does ask to leave the club, the report added.

Rodrygo renewed his contract only in November last year and this will see his deal run until the summer of 2028.

Understood to be happy and focused at Real Madrid, there are chances Rodrygo will seek a kove away from the if he does not get enough playing time.
