‘Great Coach’: Tottenham star hails Liverpool top target to replace Jurgen Klopp

Tottenham Hotspur star, Pedro Porro has nothing but words of praise for Sporting Lisbon manager, Ruben Amorim, who has been linked with a move to Liverpool.

Liverpool are set to be without Jurgen Klopp next season with the German tactician opting to take some time out of management.

Topping the list of Liverpool’s potential replacement is Ruben Amorim who is currently having a good season with Sporting Lisbon.

Sporting Lisbon are on course to win the Portuguese League and Pedro Porro who played under Ruben Amorim believes he’s a good choice.

Speaking to DAZN of Amorim after Tottenham Hotspur’s victory over Nottingham Forest, Pedro Porro stated that everyone knows what a good coach Amorim is.

According to Porro, the 39-year-old‘s Primeira Liga-winning coach in 2021 does things very well and he only have good words about him.

Pedro Porro joined Tottenham Hotspur in January 2023 for £39 million. The Spain international spent three years as a Manchester City player but it was under Ruben Amorim in Sporting where he really made his name.
